On the land area of 6000 sqm, QUAN DAT’s factory are equipped with the modern manufacture line imported from Germany, Italy, Japan, Taiwan

  • Automatic profiles measuring & cutting system: comprising 3 units of Double Mitre Saw 2 units of Single mitre saw which are capable to cut profiles up to 7m length, angles 0 o-90 o with a tolerance of 0.1mm.
  • High accuracy glazing bead profiles cutting system: 2 units
  • Hydraulic & Pneumatic Pressing System with high accuracy mold system: 40 units
  • Automatic Hydraulic Bender system: 2 units, capable to bend any shapes of profiles in high accuracy
  • Single head Copy Router system: 3 units
